- Membership benefits, including free shipping on all coffee products, are non-transferable and subject to change with notice.
5.3 Shipping and Delivery
- Coffee Products: Free shipping on all Kirenge Gold-branded coffee bags.
- Branded Merchandise and Brewing Equipment: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
- We partner with third-party providers for dropshipping on select items; estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are your responsibility.

- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
6.2 Payment Processing

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customized or perishable items, such as certain coffee products, are non-refundable.
